Listing Process

In order to expedite the listing process of a residential or commercial property, it is important for a client to provide as much information as possible pertaining to their property. This may be in the form of an appraisal, tax records, photographs, videos, or more. It is also important for New Atlantic Realty Group (NARG) to have selling instructions and to understand the expectations regarding lease rates and/or sales prices as they apply.

With this information in place, the next step is to set up a meeting time for a NARG Realtor to visit the property you would like to list. This meeting generally does not require a tremendous amount of time.

After terms have been agreed upon by both parties, it is time for NARG to get to work – we will work together to sell the property. While we do not guarantee we will lease or sell a property, we do guarantee that we will work to the best of our efforts to lease or sell the property.
